What is good to know…

…before setting off

Here is some useful information for an unforgettable holiday.

Arrivals and departures
  • Check-in is available from 12:00 noon
  • Check-out is no later than 10:00 am
Restaurant
  • Breakfast is from 7:30 to 10:00 am
  • Lunch is available with an à la carte menu at an extra charge, from 12:30 to 2:30 pm
  • Dinner is served from 7:30 to 8:30 pm
Cancellation policy
  • Up to 7 days before arrival, cancellation is free and you will be refunded the deposit paid
  • From 6 to 3 days before arrival, 50% of the booking cost will be charged, without refund of the deposit
  • From 2 to 1 days before arrival and in case of no show, 100% of the booking cost will be charged, without refund of the deposit paid
Supplements and reductions per day
  • Single room: € 20
  • Children up to 2 years: € 15
  • Children from 3 to 4 years: -50%
  • Children from 5 to 7 years: -30%
  • Children from 8 to 11 years: -20%
  • Third adult bed: -10%
  • Family plan: 2 adults and 2 children (up to 10 years), sharing the same room pay only three full rates
Other
  • Prices are per night per person and include half board meal plan
  • The tourist tax is calculated separately and is to be paid in the hotel
  • Small pets are welcome; we charge €10 per day per pet (excluding food)
  • The wellness centre is accessible from 3:00 to 7:00 pm
