What is good to know…

…before setting off

Here is some useful information for an unforgettable holiday.

Arrivals and departures

Check-in is available from 12:00 noon
Check-out is no later than 10:00 am

Restaurant

Breakfast is from 7:30 to 10:00 am
Lunch is available with an à la carte menu at an extra charge, from 12:30 to 2:30 pm
Dinner is served from 7:30 to 8:30 pm

Cancellation policy

Up to 7 days before arrival, cancellation is free and you will be refunded the deposit paid
From 6 to 3 days before arrival, 50% of the booking cost will be charged, without refund of the deposit
From 2 to 1 days before arrival and in case of no show, 100% of the booking cost will be charged, without refund of the deposit paid

Supplements and reductions per day

Single room: € 20
Children up to 2 years: € 15
Children from 3 to 4 years: -50%
Children from 5 to 7 years: -30%
Children from 8 to 11 years: -20%
Third adult bed: -10%
Family plan: 2 adults and 2 children (up to 10 years), sharing the same room pay only three full rates

Other

Prices are per night per person and include half board meal plan
The tourist tax is calculated separately and is to be paid in the hotel
Small pets are welcome; we charge €10 per day per pet (excluding food)
The wellness centre is accessible from 3:00 to 7:00 pm
